Photography – Jon Cruttenden – offers photography tuition out and about in the Peak District, in various blocks of time. You can do the theory over a cup of tea at the barn or caravan, or a venue of you choice, and the practical out and about in the Peaks. Penny really enjoyed her day course.

Climbing – Peak Climbing School. From your first climb to taking climbing to new heights, the Peak District’s Rock Climbing, Hill Walking & Mountaineering Training Centre is based in Leek.
Pony Trekking – Northfield Farm – Pony treks for all levels. The most popular ride is for 2 hours and takes you through stunning scenery to Three Shires Head (the border or Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Cheshire). Previous guests have loved this – beginners and experienced riders alike.
Cycling – True North Adventures – Coaching for all cycling disciplines, e-mountain bikes, mountain biking, gravel riding or road riding. Unique guided cycling adventures and holidays throughout the Peak District, Derbyshire Dales and Staffordshire Moorlands.
Hot Air Balloon ride – Wicker’s World – Hot air balloons setting off from Tissington regularly make an appearance over our garden.P
Pottery – The Clayrooms, Ashbourne – offer one off throwing or sculpting workshops, or visit the world capital of ceramics ‘The Potteries’ in Stoke for workshops at Wedgwood, Emma Bridgwater and Gladstone.
